It has a split bedroom plan, a master bedroom walk in closet, 2 sinks in the master bath with a separate shower and toilet area, a full kitchen with a premium fridge with an ice maker, vinyl floors throughout, tall ceilings, recessed lighting, a lot, no an amazing amount of storage closet space including a pantry, a laundry room with more storage space and a counter to fold on (no machines provided), a garage with a remote, a front yard and a small deck with a private backyard. Tenants are responsible for mowing and trimming the yard. No laundry machines are provided. Tenants pay the utilities. The apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets are welcome. If you like the feel of a quiet small town neighborhood with a lively city close by, this apartment might be for you. If you are a neat, tidy and organized homebody, then you will appreciate this well maintained apartment. There is a $40 application fee for each person over 18. In addition to the pet deposit of $350, there is a one time pet fee used for cleaning upon move-out of $150. The renter is responsible for water, garbage and electrical utilities. The renter is also responsible for maintaining the landscaping which means mowing and trimming, or can hire a service to do it.
