This service handles all aspects of managing pet records, including validating reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals. By utilizing PetScreening.com, we ensure all residents are fully aware of our pet policies, and our team can efficiently manage animal records for the property. All current and prospective residents are required to create a PetScreening.com profile, regardless of whether they plan to have a pet in their apartment. Residents with pets will receive a Fido / Paw Score upon completing their PetScreening.com profile. This score determines the acceptance of your pet and any applicable fees. Below, you will find the fee information, pet fees, pet rent, and a list of restricted dog breeds. All current residents are required to renew their profile information annually. To ensure the most accurate Fido / Paw Score, it is important to complete all fields within the PetScreening.com profile. All pets must be spayed / neutered and properly inoculated. If additional information is added at a later time, and results in a higher score, a refund will not be issued for the difference. No luxury

I wouldn’t recommend living here. Maintenance will never fix anything and they ride/walk pass trash on the ground. If you report a problem to the office they will do nothing but make it your problem. I will not be renewing my lease here. Parking is a nightmare and people will not pick up there dog poop.

Overall experience has been good. Parking is a hassle and most days the amount of noise during working hours is as well but overall experience living here is a good experience

I would say that parking is the worst factor living here. Working from home also presents its challenges as it seems their Is constant noise with trash trucks, lawn care etc. Maintenance team and staff is always nivmce and helpful and quick to respond

Oversight Needed

The structure and community is wonderful. I have concerns with the way things are transitioning. The individuals that own dogs, don't care or respect the community. They don't pick up their pet waste. I lived on the first floor for ten years and still can't enjoy setting outside and cooking because of this. They need a dog park and have capacity to establish one. I've been trying to move to another location, away from the back for seven years, and been on waiting list. But each time my lease is up, there is no availability to move. The parent have their small children take the garbage to the dumpster. Therefore, garbage is always outside and very bad appearance overall. I would advise someone to live here, but would caution them as to what to expect.
