I have only been at The Links for a few months, but have been happy with the apartment so far. Lots of parking. Staff is nice. Maintenence does a good job.

Pretty Happy
I've lived here a year now and I can say that I've had no complaints. The staff is friendly, the maintenance team responds quickly and the apartment is nice. I would recommend to other future tenants.

Personally, I love living here. I haven't been here that long but the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating. It's nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Traffic is kind of bad in the morning but that is expected in Fayetteville.
Stop upping rent
This is a nice place to live but the $100/month rent raise this year is starting to put this property in a price range that it doesn’t deserve. $900 a month for a two bedroom apartment is getting out of control compared to just a few years ago when I moved in. I am a person that will pay top dollar for things but these facilities/amenities are not top dollar. I’ve waited weeks for maintenance requests to be processed, had issues parking in a place where there should be plenty, and gotten eviction notices when I’ve done nothing wrong and it was my neighbors to blame. Things are just getting to be more money than it’s worth. If I am paying for all these things then I expect for these things to be nice and taken care of and more often than not they aren’t. I could sit here all day and write a novel but I won’t. My main concerns are parking, expedient maintenance service, golf course quality, and most importantly the price point. With the new increases, I don’t feel like I’m getting my moneys worth anymore and if it goes up again next year I will likely be leaving. Especially when I know people that are living here with the same set up paying less which I think is completely absurd.
