Overall pretty good
I've lived here for the two years I have lived in Fayetteville and attending the U of A and I'm glad I chose The Links. I only have a few complaints about these apartments. I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment because the one bed one bath is pretty small, and I felt claustrophobic when I was looking to rent. All the appliances are older, and I have been told they will not replace them unless it is necessary. They also wouldn't replace the carpet in my apartment while I am living here even though it is nasty, and I asked about it before renewing my lease. Other than that I love it. The people are great, it is close to campus with a Razorback Transit bus stop in the middle of the complex, and the luxury of playing as much golf as I want for a lot less than it would be to just come play.

I really like living here. My neighboes arent oigd and thwy friendly, matuemve is kind ams doesmr makw me feel uncomfortable as a woman alonw whwn theh come in. I havw good oarking but the newer buildings do not and i hate them parking on the street, thats really my main complaint. Overall good tho
GREAT FOR THE MONEY
Experience so far has been a great once. We were a little bummed about our elevator going down as soon as we moved in, but only living on the second floor isnt too bad. It just makes it hard for the expecting mother in the hosuehold. Overall great bang for the buck. Great location. Noise isnt much of an issue.
