Keep raising rent it was 675 when I first lived here. It went up to 750 then they raised it again to 800. Not good at all and unfair for family's.

Not worth the money

Staff is rude, apartments are small with incredibly thin walls. Their are basically no amenities. You could only bring one friend to the pool even if it’s empty during the summer, their version of a gym is like two treadmills and not even any small dumbbells. I had a problem with my bank acct being hacked and they lacked any understading when I tried to pay with a money order (they told me they only except money from Walmart???) My main complaint is that they know that they’re taking advantage of the low income population of Fayetteville, yet they continue to raise the rent without providing a comfortable place to live in exchange. Kind maintenance staff though. Ending my lease early, no desire to stay long term.

Great staff, Good apartments

I've lived in these apartments off and on for around 10years now. They're in a good location for my work and close to a couple of bus stops. The rooms are good size, with a big kitchen. These are some of the more affordable apartments I've seen around here. Maintenance is usually pretty quick when you request them. And the ppl up at the office have always been nice and helpful to me. oh and there is a nice big pool.
