Need better updates to apts

The pricing is too much for the apts. Do not feel they are worth what we pay. Need updates inside more than outside. Location is great! Love the schools in the area. Its pretty quiet mostly other than a few loud neighbors once in a while but not too often. We need a playground for the complex since lots of kids live here. Pool needs update and cleaned BAD.

PARKING: 3* - I do not have a vehicle. AMENITIES: 2* - Oakshire II does not have a visible pool or amenities. MAINTENANCE: 3* - Came when asked but hasn't completed all requests STAFF: 4* - Has been courteous and kind. VALUE: 4* - It is a comfortable place to live. LOCATION: 3* - Not near any usable city/university bus routes. NOISE: Voices and loud music from vehicles can be heard easily within the apartment from the parking lot.
