Ok. Im not experiencing the best time here

Valet trash is a joke—always messy, stinky, and stained concrete. I do not use it. Your contractors that paint / work on apartments scratched my vehicle-contractor in white truck with a topper that has side panels that open up. grass mowing company directs discharge from mowers and trimmers directly on to vehicles.

Nice area. Good place to get a good vibe

If you want something close to downtown this place is great. But you could go elsewhere for the exact same price, same vicinity to downtown, with better amenities (and management). Was a great price when I moved in and that made it worth it, but new management has raised the prices. For what? A grill and valet trash (if they come)? Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy where you live, otherwise Trailside Place is great for you.
