Pets - Max 2 allowed Monthly Pet Rent: $25.00 per pet One Time Pet Fee: $350 for the 1st pet and $250 for the second pet Breed Restriction: No aggressive breeds. We have a maximum weight limit of 60 lbs per pet. Cats & dogs permitted, no other pet types allowed. Fees do not apply to service animals. Residents must provide a doctor's note for any ESA or service animal.
