Quiet and Reliable

Craig and Rebecca are fantastic. I have had very little wrong with my home but when something did break Rebecca was on top of getting help as soon as possible. Craig always responded same day and can fix anything! It’s so quiet in the neighborhood and the neighbors are so sweet. We are so close to downtown Bentonville and the bike trails. There is one neighbor that is extremely rude but everyone else makes up for the one bad egg.

Quiet Community near Downtown Bentonville

Even though this community is still under construction (roughly 4 months left of construction) it's extremely quiet and the other residents are so nice and welcoming. Rebecca and Craig make this community even better. Rebecca is extremely attentive to all the residents and genuinely cares about our lives, and Craig is extremely knowledgeable about all things maintenance!
