It’s alright. Pricing is high considering there’s little to no amenities. Washer/dryer hook ups is counted as an amenity. The “gym” is above someone’s apartment so there’s limited time. No pavilions, no pool, no place for children to play. Front balcony but nothing at the back. Its located in a very quiet area so thats a plus.
