The walls and insulation for noise barriers could be way better. I can hear the upstairs neighbors footsteps and even when their dog stratches their ears. An apartment pool would be nice during the summer to give tenants something to do. Or even a new river deck. The weeds in front of the river has been needing to be maintained for a few years now for a view of the river.
