Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. Listed as gated but not - noise

Barrington comes through as there is no fence and messes with the pool and kids in the apartments - loud cars at times -listed as gated but is not- even the gates into the apartments are never closed/working

I have lived here since 2020 - generally nice place to live. Maintenance can be difficult to be completed correctly. Barrington fence has been taken down in a storm so this is no longer gated which Barrington just comes through and causes issues with pool and tenets.
