Review
Since I have been living here conditions have worsened. Noise level is up. Upstairs neighbor has no regard for someone living under her. VERY LOUD POUNDING on floor, stomping so loud it makes my lamps rattle. Cars pull up late night with loud bumping music. Too much to bear!
