Staff be in the office and never answer the phone have to go to the office and talk to staff and sometimes they have the door locked. Maintenance takes months to complete a work order

This place needs some updates done on the property and inside the units. It used to be a great place to stay and the pricing of units is pricey.

The maintenance guys are doing the best they can but its not thier fault thr apartments are extremely raggedy. They dont care who the rent to loud neighbors and destructive children. They cant do anything about it. Holes in the ceiling plumbing backing up consistently. The property managament has a high turnover because they always inherit a mess to clean up one thing that does remain consistent though is rent increases. This place is raggedy the staff is doing thier best but cornerstone upper management needs to stop being cheap and pay for real repairs before the city is called.

Nice place very quiet just a little problems with getting things fix here just moved here two weeks ago and nothing got fix but one thing but hoping they get to it.. debra is so nice and understanding but overall it is nice
