Huntsville has been flooded with so called luxury apartments post COVID that promise a “big city” feel with top of the line amenities. In truth, most of the new apartments are cheaply constructed with nothing truly setting them apart from their predecessors except for fancy PR and a good location. Most of these properties have over inflated price tags and are meant to trap newcomers. Arch Street is an older property that has been around for over a decade. It has decent amenities and a friendly staff. Its located close to the interstate and 72 making it extremely convenient to get around. Maintenance used to be top notch but it has degraded over the past year likely due to a new maintenance crew. The property rebranded as a luxury apartment a few years ago but did nothing to improve the property to merit that title. Its NOT a luxury apartment, but the price and value cant be beat. I would give this place a tour before venturing to the cheaply constructed and over priced offerings at midcity, research park, and town madison.

Best apartment community hands down. Sturdy apartments, that are not the same boring layout. Jay and Fabiola in the office are phenomenal!

Best apartment and apartment community hands down! Office staff are wonderful. May not be a new build but the quality is much better than newer apartments that are built quickly.

I've been living here since July of 2023 and it has been good so far. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the complex is quiet for the most part. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
