Arch Street Review
I've been living here since July of 2023 and it has been good so far. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the complex is quiet for the most part. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Great place to live
So glad we found this property. Great staff, apartments are well built, and quiet! Will definitely be renewing.
Good Value Poor Management
I have lived at Arch Street Apartments for close to 5 years now and the biggest draw for me is value. There are many overpriced "luxury" apartments popping up in town that only boast a good-looking clubhouse. Arch Street has the base amenities you want at a discounted price and is located close to the interstate, research park, and Bridgestreet. Maintenance is very responsive and is one of the bright spots for this complex. Unfortunately, management is not one of those bright spots. The apartment is plagued with trash disposal issues. The trash compactor consistently breaks down leading to heaps of garbage mounting by the compactor every week. The valet trash pickup service residents are forced to pay for does not operate consistently, which sometimes causes trash bags to be left in front of apartments for days. Some residents (myself included) simply do away with the service and take out their own trash, which is why the compactor keeps breaking down. Another major issue is pet litter. Most residents do not pick up after their pets leading to dog litter all over open grass areas. Management refuses to take any drastic measures to address this problem and only resorts to toothless treats every month warning residents of fines for pet littering. These treats are never followed through or enforced. In summary, good value but poor management.
