I've been living here for nearly four years, and while no apartment complex is perfect, this one makes a strong effort considering its age and location. The location and the maintenance team truly make this place worth the relatively high rent, given the property's age and condition.

We are newbes. Moved in on our 55 anniversary. Everything was so ice and clean, friendly neighbors, maintenance folk super friendly and knew their stuff. We love the place. Tyler, that young man is on top of his craft . Wonderful individual.
