A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $300 for one pet and an additional $200 for a second pet. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Quality apartments

These apartments are in a great location; they are close to Clift farms, in very close proximity to many grocery stores, and even a hospital. They are well kept and updated. The one thing that could use improvment is the water drainage; it frequently floods and gets very muddy. The dog park often gets overgrown and doesn’t get mowed as often as it should. Otherwise, i have no complaints!
