NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily 3. Leashes, Cages, Etc. The overlook apartment complex offers great amenities for families with children or without. The maintenance staff are highly efficient and skilled.

It’s a great complex for a nice reasonable price but if something in the apartment breaks or just needs fixing, be prepared to wait days or maybe weeks for it to get done. They take a lot of shortcuts to fix things around the complex.
