Exotic pets will not be allowed. Please refer to our pet policy for deposit information and details. Pet policy prohibits the breeds listed below: Akita • Alaskan Malamute • Staffordshire Terrier • Chow • Doberman Pinscher • Great Dane • Pit Bull • Rottweiler • Siberian Husky • Staffordshire • Bull Terrier • German Shepherd • Boxer • Perro de Presa Canarios • Any Wolf Hybrid • And any mixture of the identified breeds. Sealy Management Co. reserves the right to modify or restrict animals and breeds at any time PLEASE NOTE: No pets larger than 30 pounds at maturity may be kept in any apartment. No puppies or kittens are ever allowed, any dog less than a year old is considered a puppy and a cat less than a year old a kitten. 2. No other animals. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. A Surprise in Downtown Huntsville
I find 'The Avenue" to be a pleasant place to live. It is close to a lot of quality restaurants and Big Spring Park. The staff are also nice to work with and while help out with any issues you are having.
Good place to live
It is good, most people who live here are cordial. Staff is good when they are here and maintenance usually fixes stuff on the first try. The location is amazing but there are a lot of other apartments being built around here and rent is going up substantially ever year. I would love to stay but it will not be sustainable in a year or two.
Living Downtown Hubtsville
I have lived here 6 years. I love living downtown. I really like my apartment. I am convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and self help stores.

I've lived here for a few months. The building has good covered parking, a nice pool, and a friendly staff. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loving The Avenue!
Awesome Living Experience
Living at The Avenue Downtown Huntsville Has Been The Best. Everyone here is friendly and like one big happy family. I enjoy all the resident events provided by staff. The events planned by resident are always a bang. The events that the residents plan are always like Sundays with family.
