My wife and I were big fans of the collins for our 3.5 years there until the new management company under Crystal. There is no leeway with them, and they are not personable at all.

I love living here. It is close to work. I enjoy having a garage, and the rent price is reasonable. On the downside I do not think the rent hiking was reasonable.

I just resigned my lease for the second time. I love how fast the maintenance resolves their tickets. The aesthetic of the complex is very nice and clean (for the most part). No bug problems or infestations, which is awesome. However, the communication and presence of the staff is not good. As much rent as I pay, I should not have to drive up to the lobby for someone to answer my questions. I called for three weeks at different times of the day and no one picks up the phone...at all. I send an email and I get no response. When I physically walked to the lobby for answers, it was a ghost town. Not a single person in sight in the lobby/leasing office. Also, with it being a ghost town, there was not one single sign around saying "A representative will be back shortly" or "Taking a tour. Will be back shortly." As I was in the lobby with no one in sight, I called The Collins phone number to see where the call goes to. I hear a phone ringing upstairs near the conference rooms....not in the leasing office/lobby area. The communication is
