The Collins Apartments is GREAT!

We love the location and the style of apartment. To be right off of 72 and on Research Park is priceless. In terms of the apartment, we love being able to have a garage and the space is very nice!

Maintenance issues

Love my apartment, but the security is not what I expected. For example, entry gate on left side has been inoperable most of the time I've been here. Additionally, the hall way hasn't been cleaned at all.
