2 months later and these are the pros and cons

I have been living here for approximately 2 months. Pros: - amenities are top of the line - elevators are helpful when moving into apartments on the top floor - pool and fitness center are brand new and beautiful - very responsive and courteous staff - security precautions (gate, digital key, fences, etc) make you feel safe Cons: - still undergoing construction, so lots of noise during the day and incomplete infrastructures - due to location, loud music on the weekend nights (more of a city issue than apartment though) - expensive (although beautiful and new, I'm still weighing whether cost equates to value) - trash is not picked up Friday or Saturday nights
