What others love about this property:
Older but decent
The price of the apartmets are pretty good and they are very spacious. Its pretty much a quiet neighborhood minus the concerts but they’re not overbearing with the noise. The staff is great here and are always helpful. There are a few drawbacks here. Its an older apartment complex so unless you have a townhome you won’t have a washer and dryer hookup here. Also with the townhomes, the upstairs area gets really hot in the summer with the AC units not being strong enough to cool it. There’s also some weak spots in the upstairs areas that makes it a little worrysome. But again, it’s a great price for the location and age of the apartments
Convenient, Friendly, and Cozy
We have lived here for several years and have enjoyed our stay. The office staff are friendly and helpful for any needs we had, and the maintenance staff has been quick to help with any issues that came up.
