Paddock Club Apartments at Providence Experience
Initially we chose to reside at the Paddock Club Apartment’s at Providence because of the previous excellent experience with another MAA property. The Paddock Club Apartment’s at Providence is moderately quiet and is the best location because of its “Live, Work and Play” community! Also, It’s accessible to the local grocery stores, gas stations, churches, schools and other essential places! Overall, the leasing and maintenance staff have been friendly, courteous, attentive and professional!

Wonderful complex to live in. The staff from the front office to maintenance has always been nice and took care of any needs very quickly.
