My roommate and I are all moved into our convenient and beautiful new home. Laura (our tour guide and main representative) was such a wonderful help to us. We are super excited to be living here for the timeframe of our lease and have already made some great memories in our first apartment. I am so glad for this year, and Laura should definitely get a raise for her enthusiastic, bright spirit as well as her efficiency in her work.

We have lived here for about 6 months now and love it. We get out of the house way more because of the proximity to Providence. It's a steal for the area. The soundproofing is also good for being right next to a downtown area.

It's been randomly noisy lately. A neighbor has decided that sitting in his car blasting music is the best way to unwind at the end of the day. It is not the best way for anyone else.
