Good Place

Over all, it is a good place to live. I like the location, the staff is friendly and take care of the grounds. There is an open court yard with a pool and other activities. Most of my neighbors are friendly or leave me alone. I would recommend the place to a friend.

Going downhill

I have lived here almost 5 years. Rent went up a reasonable amount until new owners took over. My rent was jacked up over $100 and one of my neighbor’s just went up $240. I qualified to live here when I first moved in. Next time my rent goes up im not sure I can afford it.
