Wish the gates would stay working and the back gate should be able to enter by foot so people can walk there pets

Apartment is clean, well heated/cooled, usually does not encounter a ton of noise, and maintenance is fairly quick to resolve requests! Only room for improvement is the mailroom. Which requires a staff member to hand the package to you (meaning hours of access are limited to workday hours). Really wish access could be automated and monitored via security recording so that I could access my packages when more convenient.

I lived here for a year now, and the property is fairly decent. Maintenance responds quickly, and the ground could be better that depends on residents. It has declined slightly over the last year, overall I'm satisfied will stay until purchase a home.

This is my first apartment and i’ve had a pretty good experience overall. Only small issues that were respectfully resolved and could’ve happened anywhere. I look forward to staying here for another leasing term.
