No puppies or kittens are ever allowed, any dog less than a year old is considered a puppy and a cat less than a year old a kitten. 2. No other animals. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily 3. Leashes, Cages, Etc. I moved into the Belk Hudson Lofts in July and I love the location, but have had issues with the parking situation as other people park in your assigned space, but hopefully this will get under control. There has been turnover twice in the leasing office since I applied back in May, so it has been a bit trying with the move in and getting all the information I needed. Also, a lot of maintenance issues upon move in.
