Apt Living In Times of COVID-19

One parking spot per Apt, unless you want to spend more Amenities have been eliminated during times of COVID-19 with no relaxation in rent increases Maintenance is very responsive and top notch Staff are helpful, but mostly just middle-people with no real power Value is average since rent is very expensive with amenities eliminated during COVID and no additional amenities or rent reductions offered Location is great, in the heart of downtown Huntsville The bars around the apartment have loud music, loud crowds, and jerks peeling out from the bar with loud exhaust pipes, even during COVID, until they close for the night, which at least during COVID has been mandated recently to be 11pm

Pet policy prohibits the breeds listed below: Akita • Alaskan Malamute • Staffordshire Terrier • Chow • Doberman Pinscher • Great Dane • Pit Bull • Rottweiler • Siberian Husky • Staffordshire • Bull Terrier • German Shepherd • Boxer • Perro de Presa Canarios • Any Wolf Hybrid • And any mixture of the identified breeds. Sealy Management Co. reserves the right to modify or restrict animals and breeds at any time PLEASE NOTE: No pets larger than 30 pounds at maturity may be kept in any apartment. No puppies or kittens are ever allowed, any dog less than a year old is considered a puppy and a cat less than a year old a kitten. 2. No other animals. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily 3. Leashes, Cages, Etc.
