It’s home for me

Parking lots of traffic throughout the complex. I have to pay monthly for 2 reserved spaces just to be able to park in front of my building. Amenities pool and gym are closed more often than not. No adult supervision for some kids. Lots of pets are not picked up after. I have 2 small dogs and literally have to watch where I’m walking for all the poop in the yards. Ironically (and I’m sure it’s because I’m very vocal about the poop being left lying around) the manager stopped a couple of weeks ago while I was walking my dogs by my building. The funny thing was…….I really thought she was being genuine and sincere since she started off being so friendly when she called me by name and asked how everything was going. When I said “great I hope your day is going well also” she threw out the “I noticed your dog pooped, are you going to clean that up”? I was literally walking to my deck to get the bags (since there’s never any at the dog stations, which by the way is an amenity)! There must be a lot of pet lovers (myself included) in this community. Maintenance exceptional! Anthony and Denzel go above and beyond and I feel they really do look out for us. I know their hands are tied and can only do what they’re told by management but we couldn’t ask for 2 better maintenance guys!! Staff depends on the day. I miss Deitra a great deal. Now that Jonathan has started I feel things are getting done and followed through with. I’ve been here since 2017 and lived in 3 different buildings. My rent is paid on time every month (thank God for that). I’m hoping that some of the issues I continue to have in my apartment get fixed and not set aside and forgotten like in the past. And this in no way is a reflection on the maintenance guys. Again, they can only do what management allows. Overall I love it here! It really is tucked away and we’re in a great location! I just wish promises were kept instead of just telling me what you think I want to hear.

It's ok

Rent constantly going up. Residents are not respectful of others. Constantly speeding through complex, loud music at random hours of the night. Up stairs residents should have carpet. You can hear their TV's and constant walking. However, maintenance workers are nice. Anthony is always helpful. Front office are nice.

Recommendations

The property needs further security lighting due to the buildings be painted a darker color. Certain areas, around the dog park, the end of the drive turning to the upper end of the property and behind the 1900 building are dark. The new BBQ and fire pit are a nice addition along with the new gym equipment. Thank you.
