The parking situation and noise levels are great, we aren’t home a lot throughout the week but it’s always easy and convenient to find a spot to park. There really isn’t too much noise other than cars passing by but it’s only momentarily and to be expected. The staff is friendly at times.. the maintenance man is very reliable and very friendly. The apartment has had several issues as far as maintenance goes thought,we have had to have several things fixed, replaced, or just generally inspected; from the cabinets breaking to the central unit sporadically stopping and not getting cool. There has been a sprinkler issue a few times and a few shelves in the refrigerator have been broken. A request to have some things replaced have been met but others are still in translation I guess. Thank you for you time.

Great property

Been at this property for 4 years. It is very peaceful and Quiet. The property is very well maintained and if any maintenance issues come up they are fixed witching the day or next. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My time here has been great!
