Maintenance and amenities could be made better.
Nice apartment but…….
The apartment is nice, however maintenance requests take forever to be fixed. No assigned parking and if you’re on the ground floor you hear every foot step from the upstairs. If your neighbors are listening to music you hear it too. The audio from the TV comes right through the wall. No one keeps up with who’s using the pool. The gate has no lock or passcode. You can barely see the lines for the parking spaces. No one picks up after their dog. That’s all I can think of at the moment.

A nice place to live
Seville Place is a very convenient apartment. It is well designed and thetensnts are friendly. Great property mgr and maintenance guy too.
