A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for the first pet and an additional $250 for a second pet, 2 pets maximum. Pet rent is $25/month for the first pet and an additional $20/month for the second pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. Not worth the money

Responses to Maintenance issues were very disappointing. 2 weekends without heat or air. When I walked to the office to check on my service ticket, the manager never looked up from her cell phone. It took 4 service tickets to finally replace my breaker regarding the heat\AC. Something that should have been resolved in one day. Dog Poop is everywhere including the sidewalks. Common Electricity fees are added to your rent every month with no details on billing. Smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night ( I know it happens) but it should not take 3 days to have the battery replaced. You needed a ladder so impossible to address personally. Three nights of beeping at 2 and 3 AM– not fun or restful. Moving out was a complete nightmare with numerous fees including carpet replacement. Several residents in lower units have complained of black mold and mildew due to ventilation.

Very disappointing not worth the money

Maintenance is an issue - 2 weekends without heat or air due to breaker. I had to log 4 services tickets to finally have it repaired. Dog poop everywhere including sidewalks. Rumor that bottom floor apartments have black mold and mildew issues.

Building unkept

Property is not being kept clean and in good condition. Stairwells washed once in 2 years…elevator walls have not been wiped down in 2 yrs, floors are half cleaned.
