Honest Assessment

I have lived in this complex for 12 years. I love the location because it is centralized for me. Easy access to my job and easy to go check on my elderly relatives. I have been disheartened by the number of property owners that have had this property. There seems to be no real interest in it, and the pandemic did not help things. My unit is old and needs a lot of maintenance and facelift done. I do not know who to contact and how to get this done. After all of this time, I am seriously contemplating moving out.

Living in Chateau Glen Oaks

I have lived in this complex for 10+ years. It has gone through at least 4 management companies and no one seems to communicate. My unit is old and needs lots of repair and I am unable to get things done. If it were not for the convenience of the location allowing me to get to my job quickly and being in between my job and access to family, I would move.
