I lived at the Atrium for one year. Recently moved because I bought a house. It was bought by a new company in November of 2025. They have been fabulous. They’re slowly catching up on all the things the previous owners let slide. Property is looking excellent, maintenance is prompt, and the front office is responsive. They’re animal friendly, and the people that live there are some of the best. It’s a great location and is safe. I walked my dog at all hours without an issue
