Great place to live
The location is awesome next to the intersrate if your needing to travel but also close to town. Its quiet and you have a work out room and pool. Plus pet friendly

Its a quite, convenient place to live. The property manager is very nice and helpful.
Pricey but a good place
I have lived here for almost 6 years and it has been great! The rent did go up a few times, which it has everywhere else also. The staff has always been great and easy to deal with. The neighbors have always been fine. Quiet place and great location for me. Which is super important. Never have a problem getting an issue solved like maintenance or the like. Even though the rent is pricey as long as I'm renting, I would rather rent here.

Quiet place close to town friendly staff
Great staff, terrible pricing
While the staff are wonderful, the complex costs far more than it's worth. They like to crash about their million dollar upgrades, but the vast majority of that money went to external attraction. The interior of the apartments is plain at best. There isn't even an on site laundromat anymore. Frankly, the apartment I was in before I was forced out for renovations was far nicer and the appliances were much better. For almost $900/month, they could at least put a washer and dryer in every unit. What a joke.
