Not wild about the management

Lived @ Musgrove 4+ yrs & I have two issues, management seems extremely $ conscious in my humble opinion. Once I was charged $65 because they changed the website & I was rushed for time & the manager failed to inform me that it was last day to get rent payment in!! A month or so back I just forgot what day it was & was charged $100 late fee for just being late, which is nothing but plain greed in my humble opinion. I know of nothing else that asses any fee like that. When my hot water heater went out & It was 2 plus days before it was replaced I didn’t get a rent discount for being inconvenienced for that time!!
