Beware Faulty Wiring

The wiring on the main outlet in living room is faulty. This is going to be the location where you plug in your TV, modem, gaming console, etc. After a storm there’s a chance you will come home to find your TV and other electronics have been struck by lighting and no longer works - its happened to me twice. The staff will not respond to your concerns, blame it on your electrical applicances, and suggest you go through your renter’s insurance…

Townview

I have been a resident for one year at Townview and my experience has been mostly good. Maintenance is very swift and responsive. Love that there are washer/dryers in unit. The noise can be a bit much at times, but that comes with living in the city. Space can feel a bit small if more than one person is living in a unit. Large patio overlooking the city makes it feel bigger though. Overall 8/10 place to live for a single individual.
