Its a beautiful place to live on top of Eagle Ridge! It is very well landscaped and maintained. The staff is always helpful and willing to help in any way. Brody is a ray of Sunshine and speaks from experience as he lives on site as well which speaks volumes. It is expensive and you can sometimes here your neighbors above but that is apartment living. I always feel blessed when i drive up the mountain. The only thing is they do not approve ESA pets even with documentation.

Living at Eagle Ridge for the past 2 years has been great. I have no complaints. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome and the community is great. It is a clean and safe environment to live in.

I've been living here for over four years and have no plans to move anytime soon. The staff is top-notch, and I've yet to encounter an issue that wasn't fixed promptly. The complex is quiet, and the apartment community is within a couple of miles of anything you could possibly need. Best place on 280.

Great property overall. Staff in the office is phenomenal. Whenever, I need maintenance they are on it. Very quiet and nice neighbors. Conveniently located to EVERTHING!!! I've been here going on 6 years, and when I move it will be into a house. Very satisfied renter.
