could be fantastic place

I really like it here. BUT...with a little more effort and updating, this place would be top shelf. I feel the maintance is done on the cheap. Screws were drilled into my screen to hold them in place. Maybe its time to replace the window instead??? The building I live in desperately needs power washing. The screen and the patios have obvisouly just been ignored for decades. The pools are nice...but are never scrubbed own....you can seen the dirt buidling up on the wqlls. The mailboxes...in the front of the complex which is one the first thing people see are covered in dirt and cobwebs and so many are broken and just flapping in the wind; VERY run down look. All trees need cut back and that would give a more manicured looked. Hard to fish the pond because limbs are everywhere. Would also help with the billions of spiders. And of course there is the every week break down of the front gates....that's just ridiculous. These are all things a homeowner would do to their own place.....make this place feel more like home and not just a place to live for a year. Lots of moving coming and going.

Lovely staff, great location,

I have enjoyed living here. The staff and crew are great. The apartment is really nice and has met my needs. My only complaint is that the neighbors continue to let their big dog poop next to the sidewalk walking in to the apartment. It is gross, smells, and draws flies. I’m embarrassed to have friends come over because it’s the first thing they see when they come over.
