Great Loaction!
I have lived here for the past 4 years and I could not ask for a better place to live. Maintenance is always prompt with every request, the grounds are always clean, the staff are always friendly, and the property is always throwing some kind of event for tenants.

Living here feels like a home not a temporary living space. The team does a great job and making an effort to create community.
Great location, mismanaged property
The heading says it all. Great location, safe neighborhood, amenities unkept, properties minimally maintained. Just not worth the cost of the lease for what your getting.
Review
Lived here going on 8 years. Have been through both interior and exterior renovations. Although challenging, not always convenient, that also required changing units, the office staff was extremely dedicated to insuring a painless, seamless transition. I have lived off the 280 corridor for 33 years and no other apartment community can beat the value, the amenities, and current staff's performance, friendliness, and responsiveness. Maintenance is both timely and adequately completed. Highly recommend.
