Love living here! So close to everything

I've enjoyed living here overall. Good neighbors. Responsive landlady. Maintenance responded to. However, the laundry machines have not always worked. Additionally, the driveway, desperately needs to be redone. Rent was raised with no additional amenities or updates done to the property.

I moved into 153W in Park Hill in august of 2022 and I absolutely love living here! Big bedroom and living room, and tons of cabinet space in the kitchen. Great location and lots of windows that provide really good natural light. Super nice real hardwood floors! My cat and I have a very happy life here. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment but Thach Hut down the road is super great. There is a tiny laundry room within the complex but there are only 2 small washers and 4 dryers. In the living room, when cars drive by/play music they may as well be in the living room with how loud it sounds. I dont mind it, but something to keep in mind if you would. It’s a trade off for how many windows you get which is the better option for me lol. The bathroom is teeny tiny but I put in an over-the-toilet shelf and have plenty of storage. There is also a medicine cabinet behind the mirror which I love. One gripe I have about the kitchen is that there are only 2 outlets, one of which is taken up completely by the fridge and microwave. You could totally put in a power strip though. The kitchen also has TONS of cabinets for storing appliances when you’re not using them. One of my favorite things about the apartment is the checkered kitchen floors they are sooo cute. The kitchen also has a big window that lets in good light. The apt has good central AC and heating and is well insulated. The sun coming through the windows in the winter also helps the apt stay warm. Maintenance responds quickly to requests and all the staff I’ve talked with have been super nice and helpful. Overall, it’s my favorite apartment I’ve ever had and I 100% reccommend moving here. I have 2 friends that visited my apartment and decided to move into the complex because of it! :D

Nestled in the heart of Auburn, our Park Hill Apartments are in an exceptional location. These apartments are a brisk 10-minute walk away from Auburn University and all your favorite local shops and restaurants. Park Hill is a small community consisting of 30 units of diverse sizes and floor plans. Most of the units were built in the 1940's, during Auburn's boom following the end of WWII. We have made some improvements to the units over the last few years, but they remain true to their classic 1940's history. Most of our units have hardwood floors throughout, gas heat and AC window units, and spacious rooms! Our two-bedroom units are mostly cottage style units that stand alone. While some apartments have a carport, others have community parking right outside of the front door. Units vary by having knotty pine paneling, plaster over concrete walls or sheet paneling. Some apartments feature a dishwasher, washer and dryer and central heating and air. All residents have access to our community laundry centrally located within the property. We love our Vintage Auburn feel. All our apartments at Park Hill have pet-friendly policies and 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. Call us today and become a part of our community!
