It has been a month, and they have not resolved our work orders! The toilet is unusable and the microwave only half works. Dishwasher is also unusable at this time. Very disappointed! You can never get the office or management on the phone and they will not call you back or respond if you leave a message. Management leaves the office before the office is actually supposed to close at 6pm, so if you work a typical 8-5 job, you will never get ahold of them. I hope to never rent here again. This is ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary. We are paying almost $1500 a month for a 2-bedroom and new charges always seem to appear every month. Wish I could afford to move out now!

This is a great place to live but since I've lived here, 7 years, it has cost me $500 a month more than when I started.
