I've enjoyed living here. The people managing here are very good and the maintenance is very prompt. I've lived here for 12 or 13 years. I really wish the individual parking spaces could be cleared more promptly after a major snowfall, however.

This is my first year here so far, and it is such a welcoming place to call home. The parking is always available along with your own set spot to park, the leasing office is so kind. If there is any need for repairs they get it done quick and fast. This is my first experience in Alaska and i'm glad that i chose to live here since it is so welcoming and the amenities are just a plus.

I’ve lived here for several years. I do enjoy the on-site laundry and that we do not share a hallway and our door goes right to outside. One thing I do not like is how cold it gets in the winter and how loud the furnace is when the heat kicks on (in the winter it kicks on all the time so be prepared for a high gas bill in the winter). Another thing I don’t like is how in the winter people let their dogs poop and pee everywhere and that doesn’t look very nice on white snow, especially right outside your door or on the pathways. Other than that, I don’t have any issues. Maintenance is quick to fix any problem you have. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. I like it here!
