Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The one-time pet fee and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the one-time pet fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. The max number allowed does not apply to caged pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.

Great location

The staff that helped us get moved in was so helpful! They were professional and answered all our questions. Very fun and friendly staff. The apartment was nice and clean when we moved in and it’s a quiet apartment building. I love the fact I could bring my fur baby and the monthly rent on her I’d do low. I’m going to enjoy and love living here.

I would not recommend this place.

The hot water is rarely hot enough to rinse soap off dishes, let alone take a bath. The elevator still doesn't work properly.

Something’s I hope you fix

I’m in a wheelchair, during winter it’s hard for me to get around and it would be nice if the parking lot is kept maintained. And at the bottom of the ramp to get out of the building there’s a big bump and it makes it very difficult to get in and out of the buildings parking lot. I would really appreciate if if it was fixed

No supervisor to right the wrongs.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They don't seem to care about the tenants here. Lots of mistakes,and they don't care to take responsibility to fix them. They lock tenants out of the office we are supposed to be able to use. I hope they don't target me more, after writing this review.
