Kitchen sink repair - Kameron B.

To whom it may concern: A few weeks ago, my husband and I requested maintenance assistance for our apartment. Kameron B. was the technician who helped us on that occasion. He was very courteous, attentive, and helpful. We submitted a review on the same day, but it seems it was not received. Therefore, I decided to write a new one to inform management of the excellent service we received. Kameron assisted us with repairing the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, replacing the kitchen light bulbs, fixing the kitchen sink plumbing, and replacing the smoke detector batteries. Even after all of that, he was still willing to help with additional repairs. For this reason, I am resubmitting this review to formally acknowledge the exceptional service and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Kameron B.

Having staff like Samantha and Stephe in the office who are always helpful and supportive, as well as the maintenance who are prompt in fixing the problems around the apartment , is much appreciated .
