Building B
I have lived in building B for about 7 months now and I couldn't be happier with my place of residency. My neighbors are friendly, and I've never experienced any type of noise complaint issues. The apartments are pet friendly with tons of outdoors space to walk my dog which I find super convenient. They even provide doggie waste bags for you located on the side of each building. I have no complaints or issues regarding the appliances and features of my apartment as everything works perfectly. I'm very happy with the location of my apartment as its nestled in East Anchorage. It is very easy and convenient to commute around this area. Finally, maintenance is amazing! Since I've moved in, I've only had to submit a work request 3 times and every single request was taken care of THAT DAY. The team in the leasing office is so down to earth, compassionate, understanding and caring and I'm happy to live at Ptarmigan Meadows.

To Whom this maybe concern, My name is Agyemang, Owusu and I was a resident of 5340 E 26Th Ave Apt 55. I was a loyal tenant and I made all my payment on when I was there. I have 162 on credit report that I owed to you please check your records. I have paid the said amount in November 2021. I have tried on several occasions to reach out to office but I guess due time differences I have been unable to.
