The south entry door into the building isn’t working properly, the closer bar has been detached and, the screws are missing.

Water flooding in my bathroom

I came home from work today and found a pool of water in my bathroom. I checked the toilet first for flooding or a damaged seal at the bottom, I found nothing. I checked the shower seal on the floor and along the walls and, it’s still good. So my thinking is the neighbor above did something that caused it. My suspicion is due to the water droplets I found on the door header and, the wall outside the bathroom along the wall is damp.

New dishwasher installation

I want to thank the Weidner/Russian jack maintenance team for the job they did installing my new dishwasher. It’s been in use for a week now and, I have no leaks or issues with the machine and, my dishes and utensils are coming out squeaky lean, I’m very happy.
