I've been here for over 5 years. Things have changed, with more dogs than when I first arrived, and the feces that follows. walls are thin and many residents aren't considerate of this fact. love the location though.

In the winter it's cold even with the heat all the way up. The sidewalks and parking is slippery. The showing apartment looked okay but the apartment actually moved in was crappy. Handles to doors was all loose, weather strip on door was 75% missing. The sealing around tub cracked and coming off. The kitchen floor had a bad patch so with every mop it'd come off and I got charged for it. When moved in the 2 bedroom apartment was 1100 now its almost 2000. Time to move and don't recommend to anyone that has little children or older people especially in the winter.

I liked living here a lot. Due to medical problems, I had to move. If not for the medical problems, I would still be living here.

I have lived here for 14 years Maintenance was great for the first 12 however these last 2 years have gone to hell, Driveways rarely get plowed, They no longer clear our steps going up to door, can't get to mailboxes due to them not clearing area in front of boxes, they never put salt or gravel on sidewalks or stairs anymore, cars get stuck non stop trying to get into property, they always claim plowes are on there way "eventually" . I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE TO RENT HERE ANYMORE!!!!!!!! * STEPS GOING UP TO OFFICE ARE ALLWAYS SHOVELED AND CLEARED THOUGH * They take care of themselves but know body else
