What others love about this property:
Reasonable Shelter
Its decent for the location whihc is blocks walk from Downtown Anchorage. Could ise some major upgrades and refreshening. The staff they do have now is good but, they use them for multiple sites. Would be noce to have a dedicated property manager and maintenance team.
I really don't like doing this
Ive been ok with things till recently ???? not happy about things, I will not go in detail. Hmm laundry room, rent... no staff in our building, we stay because moving sucks...I really don't like doing this review...

Lot of huge pot holes. One is directly behind my vehicle.
I've been here for 2 years. If I were on the second floor (close to the back door, as I have a small dog). I love the space here. It's just a little scary with a lot of the homeless in back where I'm located. We have had 4 Directors, which can be difficult. The personalities change and I like to be familiar with management so if there is an issue, I'm comfortable reporting it. I'm disabled & management really took that into consideration upon moving in knowing I'm alone and do have seizures. Im not the location I wanted. I'd like to be closer to Tudor & Patterson area or btwn Boniface & Muldoon. I can say that so far I feel safe in the secure bldg. It's also the largest 1 bedroom I could find! I'd recommend living on a weidner property!
