The max number allowed, one-time pet fee, and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed, one-time pet fee, and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. Heat

Maintenance was here on Monday because I had no heat all weekend. I guess your story is that the maintenance guy left here on Monday knowing that he was leaving me with no heat. Despite further requests for service -on both Tuesday and Wednesday- nothing has been done. Couch is pulled away from wall and there, of course, is no difference. I guess this company thinks no heat is okay for their residents if they have a couch in front of the heater.

Hillside Security Service for Residents

The K-9 Security agency has added much needed support for residents. There have been several incidents of nonresidents obtaining entry into building. K-9 has responded and checked entire building as well as interior stairwells and windows. If spoke with a security professional for K-9, she was doing routine checks and patrol of parking lot. She noticed a disturbance in the woods out back. A homeless camp was there and people were yelling. The disturbing situation would be reported in her report. This made me feel very good and safer. I highly appreciate the diligence of this K-9 Security professional. Sorry, I cannot remember the her name.
