I just moved in recently and I have been here for just about 3 months and I have only had 1 complaint which was resolved rather quickly and it was just the parking situation but the ladies got me taken care of quickly and I have not had any issues since and overall this would be the first apartment i have stayed in where I actually feel valued as a resident these ladies go above and beyond and I am happy they are in charge. Aside from that I think Brighton Woods is a great place to stay its close to a lot of the main grocery stores as well as shopping centers i have nothing to complain about and will be renewing my lease when the time comes.

Good apartment complex

I've lived at Brighton Woods for several years now, and the staff and location has always been good to me. Parking is fair (designated spots with additional guest spaces), staff is attentive, and the unit and complex looks nice and is comfortable.

Parking is horrible

I always have to park my car in the visiting area. Because my neighbors who just moved in not that long ago. Does not know how to park there cars. All 3 cars. Knowing the snow situation. They have no common sense nor decency to move over and make room. I already knocked on all their doors if they can please make room. And yet they continue to park their cars not making room. It’s a shame.

Laundry room

Please fix the door ASAP. Did my laundry last night and there were a bunch of homeless people in there. I locked the door on my way out putting my laundry in the dryer. Went to get my clothes and homeless people were in there. And please get emergency number to get a hold of the staff.
