Awesome Management

We have been living here for the past 4 years. We cannot complain the area and unit we have. The maintenance is excellent, whenever we need something to get fix, right away he is there, and Herma (manager) made sure that the work is done ASAP. Herma (manager) is always been there to accommodate the needs of the the renters. If there are things that need to get our attention, there's always a note or reminder from Herma. That makes life easier for many working renters that sometimes we forgot to do our responsibilities as renters. The building is always clean, no noise at night. I feel safe living here. Thanks to all the hard work of Herma and the staff for maintaining a harmonious place for us to live in.

Gateway Square #77

I find that my rent is high considering that hallways and parking are not cleaned weekly. The laundry rooms are not cleaned as regularly it should be.
