poor management i request to fix dishwash for more than 1year until now still broken.my vinly has water inside..parking area no camera stolen pick up last week.management no concern about what happen.can someone visit my apartment and i show you the broken they need to fix..apartment rent high for old appliances.stressfull management..

I have been living at Gateway Gardens for one year without hesitation renewing my lease for another. Within the past year, I have experienced minor maintenance issues promptly attended to by staff and followed up by the property Manager Herma. She has always returned my calls within the 24-hour time frame., and takes her time leasing suites to ensure that I have great neighbors and I do! My unit has always been in working order and the building is quiet and well maintained. The online resident portal is convenient for me to pay rent and report any issues at any time.
