Gateway Gardens One Year Experience

I have been living at Gateway Gardens for one year without hesitation renewing my lease for another. Within the past year, I have experienced minor maintenance issues promptly attended to by staff and followed up by the property Manager Herma. She has always returned my calls within the 24-hour time frame., and takes her time leasing suites to ensure that I have great neighbors and I do! My unit has always been in working order and the building is quiet and well maintained. The online resident portal is convenient for me to pay rent and report any issues at any time.

Things to be improved

I have lived here for 4 years my parking stalls plug in has never worked have asked for it to be fixed and nothing had been done. Getting anything fixed here take forever, the washing machines not enough should wagers and dryers on second or third floor . Sidewalks are always icy snow takes forever for it to be removed.I almost fell twice in the parking lots and the stairs going out of the building at times is very icy..
