the parking slot is very slippery everytime its winter not safe for people who walk by to go to their car,

backyard issue

ive been complaining about the backyard since the day that we move in that they should do something about it but nothing change

Gateway Gardens One Year Experience

I have been living at Gateway Gardens for one year without hesitation renewing my lease for another. Within the past year, I have experienced minor maintenance issues promptly attended to by staff and followed up by the property Manager Herma. She has always returned my calls within the 24-hour time frame., and takes her time leasing suites to ensure that I have great neighbors and I do! My unit has always been in working order and the building is quiet and well maintained. The online resident portal is convenient for me to pay rent and report any issues at any time.
