Maintenance complaint

Heat in my apartment is not working and its been 2 days, I called 5 times and told them heat is not working and i am not well but nobody turned up till now.

Cleaning

Cleaners never use vacuum for 3d floor, just pick up big garbage on the floor with broom. All they do is vacuum around the office on the ground floor. We pay money for clean and serviced building. Please fix this
