overpriced and a hub for homeless people around the area,say good bye to your mail and amazon packages .They charge extra for utilities but no hot water after 2200 till 0600.parking lot is never cleaned in the winter .

Rules arent consistant ..some tenants made to pay monthly pet fee some arent. Guess they choose who has to pay what when it all should be fair. Halls stink...some tenants clearly smoke insode their units...have witnessed mutiple times people out on balconys puffing away. Cant wait to move out once lease is done. Save yourself the hassle of moving into this place unless you own nothing and are choosing to get off the streets.
