I have been living at the villages at Nolan hill for 5 years , every year it gets better, the residents are mostly 99 percent respectful of others ,the pets i have encountered are all people friendly as well as pet to pet kind , the management this year has been the best thus far Don is easy u to communication with he takes the time to here u ,very prompt at any repairs or issues that may come about ,the maintenance crew is exceptional efficient n fast, The leasing agent Amy is experienced n the best ive ever encountered efficient , professional and very personable.

Have lived here for over 3 years-love my apartment. Quiet surroundings. Parking for guests great now that it is being monitored. Only concern is the frequent turnover of staff. Would be nice to have a dog run when there are soooo many dogs-yards were super but now damaged with dog results

The noise makes it almost uninhabitable. Ive had 3 resudent managers within one year. There is not enough parking. Windows are great! Floor plans are great!

Unit 411 or 412 consistently leaves garbage outside their door at building #300 overnight, which creates a bad odor and could spread disease. The parking situation is also chaotic. Even after outsourcing management to another company, people continue to park all over the vacant lots every weekend.

I have lived here for 3 years. The first 2 years, there were no problems. It was a newer building, the rent was a reasonable price and it was quiet and felt safe. However, these past couple of months there have been non-stop problems with the company trying to seek money that they are no longer legally entitled to due to it being their mistake from 3 years ago which exceeds the statute of limitations. They also blamed me for noise complaints when they did not even know that it was my apartment and when I corrected them, there was no apology, just an "okay we'll look into it". I also called the emergency line after contacting the non-emergency police line because it sounded like there was a dog in distress and there was absolutely nothing done about it. No follow-up phone call, nothing done. The emergency line provided with the company even asked "what do you want me to do about it". I would like you to help the poor dog that sounded in pain that the whole floor was concerned about! They have no empathy, they want to steal our money and take advantage of us. I'm moving out due to all of these things and I've heard the building will take ANY reason not to give the damage deposit back and even have the audacity to ask for more so I'm not expecting anything. And you bet I will exercise all my rights through the tenant act to keep them accountable.
